Asset Special Projects has established a property management division being branded as “Asset Property Management”. The property management department benefits from the exposure that the company has to potential investors, purchasers and tenants. Asset Property Management is a further extension of the comprehensive and expertise in-house services which Asset Special Projects offers to its clients.

Asset Property Management maximises the returns for investors on their property by ensuring that optimal leasing rates are achieved, lease anniversary and expiry dates are constantly monitored and good relationships are maintained with tenants.

Asset Property Management provides a fully inclusive property management service to both the landlord and tenant. Utilizing the latest technology and software, strategic recruitment and effective systems Asset Special Prolects aspires to set new levels of quality and results in property management to the inner-city market.

The property management division has been established through the strategic head hunting of one of the best property managers in the inner-city market. Asset Special Projects has appointed Lyn Coulter to the role of manager of our property management division. Lyn has over 1 8 years real estate experience with almost all of this spent in the field of property management. Most recently Lyn worked with Sullivans Real Estate as the manager of their property management department and worked primarily on inner-city residential developments.

Lyn’s role of the manager of the department is to coordinate and oversee the department as well as specific property management duties. Her experience in the field is invaluable to the property management division with her experience relating to inner city residential projects. Having worked primarily in this field Lyn is experienced in dealing with professional tenants which are attracted to these properties as well as the specific issues which relate to them such as warranty periods for building construction and other more specific elements relating to the apportionment of fees relating to these properties.
