To ensure we are kept up to date with all market trends and opportunities, Asset Special Projects have formed a Research Department that is dedicated solely to the medium density residential market in Perth.  This Research Department is unique in this market in Perth and has a full time research analyst dedicated to collating, analysing and reporting on trends in the medium density residential market.  This provides Asset Special Projects with a comparative advantage in the marketplace, as we are able to identify individual segments of the marketplace which may be over or under supplied.  As a result, this allows Asset Special Projects, and our clients, to make informed decisions in relation to both the location, size, structure and pricing of individual developments, as well as aid our experts in the design and formation of residential developments.
