One of the reasons for the success of Asset Special Projects is the internal structure of the company and the teamwork and spirit it promotes.

Tim Willing - Director

Tim has 11 years' experience in the property industry, and has effected sales totalling over $240,000,000 in the past four years, thus proving himself as one of the industry's top performers.  Along with this, Tim has state and national records for highest price achievements.  He has gained invaluable experience from some of the world's premier markets over the past 11 years, including Jakarta, Singapore, Sydney, Paris, Melbourne and Perth.

Marc Drexel - Director

Marc has over 14 years' real estate experience specialising in the inner city and Western Suburbs region.  He was the founder of Acton Central and co-founder of Asset Special Projects, and a past Director of Acton Consolidated.  He holds a real estate certificate and has a proven track record in the marketing and selling of residential and commercial property.

Marcus Gilmore - Director

Marcus has been involved in the real estate industry his entire working life.  He has a background in both commercial and residential real estate, with significant focus on the sale and development of "large" residential sites, being involved in some of Perth's most prominent sales in the current development cycle.  Marcus is considered Perth's leading authority in the negotiation and acquisition of development land in Perth.

Having worked for the past four years at Colliers Jardine in Commercial Sales, Marcus has developed a strategic approach to the marketing of residential projects.  Examples include the pioneering of the recent demand from the South African market, and the alliance developed with marketing group Adcorp who handle Asset Special Projects marketing requirements and enable significant cost savings to our clients through bulk buying discounts.  Marcus is heavily involved in the foundation of new markets, through banking clients, financial advisors and alternate markets in the Eastern states and overseas.

Helen Rewell - Sales and Strategic Property Advice

Helen brings to the team over 20 years of sales experience.  She is a proven industry performer with expertise in selling inner city properties and small lot designs.  As a resident of East Perth, she has first hand experience of the area, facilities and lifestyle that East Perth has to offer to a potential purchaser.  Helen has also achieved sales to new benchmark levels in this redevelopment area. 

Pamela Keys - Sales and Strategic Property Advice

Pamela has a substantial background in residential sales with experience encapsulating many facets of the industry, including lecturing at REIWA.  Pamela, in recent years, has specialised in project marketing.  Her notable success includes significant sales of Wellington Place, the Rise in East Perth, Queensgate in Mt Lawley, along with numerous others.

Steve Pitcher - Sales and Strategic Property Advice

Steve has been involved in the property profession for over 9 years. During this time he has had extensive experience with strata developments and sales. Steve is an industry top performer and a well respected property professional.

Cade Taylor - Research Analyst

Cade is responsible for the implementation, analysis and reporting of WA's only research department that is specifically tailored to the Medium Density Residential Market.  Cade is in his final year of a Bachelor of Commerce (Property).

Lee Smith - Office Manager

Lee is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and comes to us with 20 years experience in Sales, Property Management and Residential/Commercial administration.

Kate Coram - Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Kate is our Marketing Coordinator and Office Administrator and supports the team with the day to day management of our specialised marketing programme.

Lyn Coulter – Property Management

Lyn has over 18 years real estate experience with almost all of this spent in the field of property management.  Most recently Lyn worked with Sullivans Real Estate as the manager of their property management department and worked primarily on inner-city residential developments.

Louise Maroney - Property Consultant

Louise is assistant to Marcus Gilmore (Director). Her past experience includes working as a Research Analyst in the Valuation department at McGees National Property Consultants. She is currently in the final semester of a Bachelor of Commerce (Property & Finance).

Helen Syme – Personal Assistant

Helen is assistant to the Directors. She has extensive experience in office and project management, industrial relations, staff development, training and recruitment. Helen has a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of the Australian Institute of Management.
