The land comprises a number of older titles that in 1980 were consolidated into one new title. The site is now described in C/T Volume 9411 Folio 271.
The main site, which houses the office tower and carpark, is rectangular in shape. A secondary area links the eastern boundary of the site with Lonsdale Street and is used for carparking and site access.
The land falls from the western Queen Street boundary on the same gradient as Little Bourke Street. The primary frontage to Queen Street is 61.83 metres with a its side boundary to Little Bourke Street being 40.4 metres. The rear boundary runs between Little Bourke and Lonsdale Streets and is 96.22 metres long. There are three alternate means of access to the building and carpark being via Queen Street, directly into the public carpark and to the rear of the property via either Lonsdale or Little Bourke Streets.
The site has a total area of approximately 2,559m2.
